Have you ever tried your hand at creating a roller bottle of a blend of essential oils? This one is really simple to make and is a roller that our family uses throughout the winter season, it’s just a nice natural immunity boost to have in your purse or pocket.
Here’s what we use to create it!

- Carrier oil of choice (Fractionated Coconut or Sweet Almond Oil are good choices)
- 8 drops Purification Essential Oil
- 15 drops Thieves Essential Oil
- 8 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
- 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
- 5 drops Oregano Essential Oil
For a child roller bottle dilution (ages 3-8)

- 5 drops Purification Essential Oil
- 5 drops Thieves Essential Oil

As always, discontinue if any irritation exists.
Remember, when using essential oils that some can cause irritation, so always start slow, and see how your body reacts to different kinds of essential oils. Children and elderly people have more delicate and sensitive skin, so use with caution. When in doubt, dilute, dilute, dilute!
Another important note is that the use of essential oils may not be suitable for everyone and to use them with caution. Also it is VERY important to read the ingredient label on any essential oil that you purchase to ensure that you understand what you are using on your body. This is why you want to make sure that you are using a high quality of essential oils from a provider that you know and trust.
Use on the bottoms of the feet. I like to roll on my wrists.
Our family only uses Young Living Essential oils, after trying many different brands. Please feel free to use which ever brand you feel the most comfortable with.

My favorite place to get carrier oils and more from is www.voyageursoapandcandle.com they are located in Canada, but also ship to the United States. If you want to create different recipes from my blog this is one of the online shops I recommend as they have very good pricing for their products. I have found that their customer service is very good, and that the shipping is reasonable as well! Lots of other items for making soap, and so much more there as well! (PS, I am not an affiliate or a friend or family member of this company, just a satisfied customer!)
You may of course buy your carrier and essential oils where you prefer! Your local health store should have many of these items available for your purchase.
